摘要
目的:探讨自拟通冠散胶囊治疗冠心病冠状动脉供血不足的疗效。方法:收治冠心病冠状动脉供血不足患者294例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各147例,治疗组给予通冠散胶囊治疗,对照组给予银杏叶分散片治疗。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:自拟通冠散胶囊治疗冠心病冠状动脉供血不足较银杏叶分散片疗效显著。
Objective:To investigate the effect of self made Tong Guan San capsule in treating coronary artery insufficiency of coronary heart disease.Methods:294 patients with coronary artery insufficiency were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 147 cases in each group.the treatment group was given Tong Guan San capsule,while the control group was given ginkgo biloba dispersible tablets.Results:The curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Self made Tong Guan San capsule is effective in treating coronary artery insufficiency of coronary heart disease compared with Ginkgo Dispersible Tablets.
