摘要
创新是运用一切已知信息创造新事物的过程。提高专业学位研究生的创新能力,是经济、社会发展的必然需求,是学位规格要求的逻辑必然。专业学位研究生既能动脑思考又能动手实践,是其创新能力的特点。创新素质是创新能力的基础,坚实的基础理论、系统的专门知识、熟练的基本技能等,都是创新所需的已知信息,是加强专业学位研究生培养的着力点。
Innovation is the act of using all known information to create new things.Improve the innovation ability of professional degree graduate students is the inevitable demand of economic and social development and the logical necessity of degree specification.The professional degree graduate students are good at both thinking and practicing,that is the characteristics of innovation ability.Innovation quality is the foundation of innovation ability,solid basic theory,systematic specialized knowledge and skilled basic skills are all the“given information”needed for innovation and the focus of strengthening the cultivation of professional degree graduates.
