摘要
以不同m(氧化石墨)∶V(钛酸四丁酯)的氧化石墨和钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用一步水热还原法制备4种TiO_2/石墨烯气凝胶。采用XRD谱图、FESEM照片、拉曼光谱谱图和能谱谱图对样品的结构、形貌、组成元素进行了表征分析。以溶液中罗丹明B的降解率作为评价指标,考察了4种TiO_2/石墨烯气凝胶的可见光催化性能。实验结果表明:随着氧化石墨含量的增加,石墨烯对TiO_2的包覆变好,石墨烯与TiO_2成功复合形成三维气凝胶;罗丹明B在TiO_2/石墨烯气凝胶体系中的光催化降解反应属于一级反应,4种TiO_2/石墨烯气凝胶对罗丹明B的最高降解率和反应速率分别是纯TiO_2体系的4.5倍和9.9倍,实现了TiO_2的可见光催化。
Using graphene oxide and tetrabutyl titanate with different m(graphene oxide)∶V(tetrabutyl titanate)as raw material,4 kinds of TiO2/graphene aerogels were prepared by one step hydrothermal reduction method and characterized by XRD,FESEM,Raman spectrum and energy spectrum.The visible light photocatalytic activities of the 4 TiO2/graphene aerogels were studied using degradation rate of Rhodamine B(Rh B)in solution as evaluating indicator.The experimental results showed that:With the increase of graphene oxide content,the coating of graphene on TiO2 becomes better,and graphene successfully compounded with TiO2 to form three-dimensional aerogels;The photocatalytic degradation of Rh B in TiO2/graphene aerogels system followed the first order reaction,and the highest degradation rate and reaction rate in the 4 kinds of TiO2/graphene aerogels system were respectively 4.5 and 9.9 times of that by pure TiO2 system,so that the visible light-photocatalysis with TiO2 was achieved.
