摘要
针对乙烯装置脱乙烷塔塔釜温度低、脱丙烷塔压力易超压的实际问题,运用Aspen Plus软件进行模拟计算,分析了问题产生的原因,研究了回流比、塔顶采出量和进料位置变化对塔分离效果的影响,建立了以冷凝器热负荷为约束条件的优化模型。结果表明,采用将再沸器热源由急冷水改为0.35MPa低压蒸汽的方法可以提高脱乙烷塔的分离效果,增强装置运行稳定性。
The reasons of low temperature at deethanizer bottom and overpressure of depropanizer were analyzed by the Aspen Plus simulation.The effect of reflux ratio,C 2 effluent quantity at the top of the deethanizer and the feeding position on separation efficiency of the deethanizer were investigated.An optimized model was established based on the condenser thermal load as the constraint conditions.It showed that the operation stability of the plant is improved by using the 0.35 MPa low pressure steam as the thermal resource of the reboiler to replace the chilled water.
