摘要
利用XRF、SEM、XRD等分析测试技术,研究了建筑垃圾微粉的化学成分、颗粒形貌、矿物组成等相关性质。以建筑垃圾微粉(<0.15mm)和建筑垃圾再生骨料(0.15~4.75 mm)为主要原料,采用压制成型的方法制备蒸压砖。再生骨料可全部取代砂粒,建筑垃圾微粉、再生骨料总用量达到85%,制备的蒸压砖强度达到MU20等级。
The mineral composition,chemical composition,morphology were investigated by means of XRF,SEM and XRD.The brick can be produced via pressure molding method,using construction waste powder and regeneration aggregate as starting materials.The regeneration aggregate can fully substitute for sand,the total amount of building waste powder and regeneration aggregate can be up to 85%,the strength of autoclaved brick reaches to grade MU20.
