摘要
搜集国内电子健康用户信息行为相关文献,提取高频关键词,对关键词进行可视化及聚类分析,并对数据结果进行定性分析发现,国内电子健康用户信息行为研究的热点主题聚焦于用户信息需求、电子健康档案、不同群体的电子健康信息行为特征、移动医疗、电子健康素养、电子健康信息信任行为6个方面。研究启示可以丰富电子健康用户信息行为理论,为未来相关研究提供一定借鉴。
Literatures on information behavior of electronic health user in China are collected,and the common words in the field are extracted in the study.By visual analysis and cluster analysis of key words,and qualitative analysis of the data results,it is found that domestic research hotspots focus on the following 6 aspects:user information demand,electronic health records,electronic health information behavior characteristics of different groups,mobile medical treatment,electronic health literacy,and electronic health information trust behavior.Accordingly,current research is summarized to enrich the information behavior theory of electronic health user,so as to provide references for domesti c research in the future.
