摘要
社区文化档案积累和建立起来之后,不应束之高阁,只有充分开发利用,才能真正发挥其在社区文化建设中的作用。不同类型社区文化档案的利用侧重也应不同。首先,社区建设指导性文件的利用,主要是便于传达、传阅和贯彻落实。其次,社区各民族民风民俗档案要在利用中使其使用价值得以实现。再次,社区各民族文化艺术遗产档案的利用,在于深化档案文化服务,向社区配送多样化的文化产品。
After the community cultural archives is accumulated and established,it should not be set aside.Only by full exploitation and utilization can it really play its role in the construction of community culture.The utilization of different types of community cultural archives should also be different.First of all,the utilization of guiding documents for community construction is mainly to facilitate communication,dissemination and implementation.Secondly,the value of folk custom archives of all ethnic groups in the community should be realized.Thirdly,the utilization of cultural and artistic archives of all ethnic groups in the community is to deepen the service of the archives culture and distribute the diversified cultural products to the community.
