摘要
探讨棉与再生纤维素纤维混纺产品的定量分析方法。比较了国内外棉与再生纤维素纤维混纺产品定量方法的差异,选取原棉、丝光棉、染色棉与再生纤维素纤维的混纺产品,分别采用不同方法进行测试。试验结果表明:各方法适用的范围有所不同;显微镜物理法结果稳定、准确但耗时;甲酸/氯化锌法较准确,偶有清洗异常。认为:应根据样品类型特点选用适当的方法。
Quantitative analysis method of cotton and regenerated cellulose fiber blended product was researched.Differences between the quantitative methods of cotton and regenerated cellulose fiber blended products at home and abroad were compared.Blended products of raw cotton,mercerized cotton,dyed cotton and regenerated cellulose fiber were selected and tested by different methods.The results showed that the applicable range of each method was different.The results of microscope physical method were stable,accurate but time consuming.The formic acid/zinc chloride method was more accurate and occasionally the cleaning was abnormal.It is considered that the appropriate method should be selected according to the characteristics of the sample type.
