摘要
数字岩心技术作为一种新兴的数值模拟计算方法,通过真实的岩心样品反映岩心的内部复杂结构,从微观层面上开展对岩心孔隙结构及剩余油的理论研究,有利于提高原油采收率,为现场生产提供技术指导。介绍了构建三维数字岩心的两种常用方法:X射线扫描成像和基于岩心二维图像的重建算法,并分析了其优缺点和适用范围。以砂岩为例,定量比较了X射线、Marching Cubes(MC)算法和过程法构建的三维数字岩心。结果表明:过程法重建的三维数字岩心的孔隙连通性与真实岩心较接近,而Marching Cubes算法重建的三维数字岩心孔隙连通性与真实岩心更加接近,三维数字岩心将在岩石物理数值模拟中发挥重要作用。
Digital core technology is a new numerical simulation method,the complex internal structure of the core is reflected by real core samples,the theoretical study of core pore structure and residual oil is carried out at the micro level,thus oil recovery is improved and technical guidance for the production is provided.The construction of three-dimensional digital core is introduced by two commonly used methods of X-ray scanning imaging and based on rock two-dimensional image reconstruction algorithm,their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and sandstone is taken as an example,the three-dimensional digital core constructed by X-ray,Marching Cubes algorithm and process method are compared quantitatively.Results show that the core connectivity of 3D digital core reconstructed by process method is close to the real core,and the 3D digital cores pore connectivity reconstructed by the Marching Cubes algorithm is closer to the real core.The 3D digital core will play an important role in the numerical simulation of rock physics.
