摘要
主要以草酸酯、扁桃酸、苯乙烯、苯乙酮、苯甲酰腈等为原料对合成苯甲酰甲酸及其酯的工艺方法进行了分类和分析。具体描述并归纳了这些工艺路线各自的优缺点,指出以苯乙烯为原料的合成工艺一种较为理想的可大规模工业化生产的方法,并对生物催化法进行了展望。
Oxalic acid esters,mandelic acid,styrene,acetophenone,benzoyl nitrile as raw materials for the synthesis of benzoyl carboxylic acid and its ester process methods were classified and analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of each of these routes are described and summarized in detail.The synthetic method of styrene is an ideal method for large-scale industrial production,and the biocatalysis method was also prospected.
