摘要 为了增进国内学者对认知匹配理论的了解,梳理了国内外相关文献,发现认知匹配理论的发展大体上可以划分为认知匹配基础模型、认知匹配扩展模型、认知匹配分布式模型3个阶段。认知匹配基础模型只考虑了任务特征与问题表征的匹配对解决问题的绩效的影响,适用于解决问题者认知负荷较轻的常规信息处理任务,应用时需注意根据任务选择问题表征方式,操控问题解决绩效的一个维度再测量另一个维度,以及用多元匹配关系描述匹配状况。认知匹配扩展模型进一步兼顾了解决问题者个体和环境因素对解决问题的绩效的作用,适用于需要消耗解决问题者更多认知资源或造成更大的认知负荷的专业应用领域,应用时需注意借助理论研究明晰模型扩展的边界和有效性、以任务为核心考察扩展模型的匹配关系。认知匹配分布式模型对认知匹配理论的基本研究框架进行了进一步地解构和发展,适用于需要同时研究认知过程和解决问题的绩效的高度专业化应用领域,应用时需注意综合运用多种测量方法。 In order to enhance domestic scholars understanding of cognitive fit theory,the paper reviewed the literature based on the core concept of cognitive fit at home and abroad,and found that the evolution of the theory could be divided into three stages:the basic model of cognitive fit,the extended model of cognitive fit,and the distributed model of cognitive fit.Since the basic model of cognitive fit only considered the impact of the match between task characteristics and problem representation on the problem-solving performance,it was suitable for the routine information processing tasks for the problem solvers with low cognitive load.When applying the model,it was essential to select the representations of the problem according to the task,to measure another dimension after manipulating one dimension of the problem-solving performance,and to describe the fitting situation with a multivariate fitting relationship.The extended model of cognitive fit further considered the role of the individual and environmental factors of the problem solving on the problem-solving performance,so it was suitable for the professional fields that require more cognitive resources or cause greater cognitive load.When employing the model,researchers needed to pay attention to the boundary and validity of the model expansion by means of theoretical research,and to investigate the fitting relationships of the extended model with the task as the core.As the distributed model of cognitive fit further deconstructed and developed the basic research framework of cognitive fit theory,it was suitable for the highly specialized fields which need to simultaneously study the cognitive process and the problem-solving performance.It was necessary to comprehensively utilize various measurement methods when the model is applied.
