摘要
《食品添加剂的"功过是非"》是苏州大学开设的一门通识选修课程。课程教学注重对学生知识、能力和情感等方面的培养。本文介绍了一位护理学专业的学生在这门课程学习中和学习后的所获、所感、所思和所悟。
"The Merits and Demerits of Food Additives"is one of the general education course established in Soochow University.The course pays special attentions to the training of students'knowledge,ability and emotion during teaching.In this paper,the obtaining,the feeling,the thought and the enlightenment during learning and after learning by a nursing student were presented.
