摘要
目的分析老年高血压护理中行优质护理服务的效果。方法随机在我院患者资料库中选取52例老年高血压患者临床资料入组,数字表法分组,选取时间2017年2月—2018年1月,观察组26例患者实施优质护理服务,对照组26例患者采取常规护理服务,对比两组患者护理后血压的变化情况。结果两组患者护理前血压对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组患者血压、满意度均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压护理中行优质护理服务的效果较为理想。
Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing service in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods The clinical data of 52 elderly patients with hypertension were selected randomly in the patient database of our hospital.The patients were divided into two groups,the selected time was from February 2017 to January 2018.26 patients in the observation group were given high quality care services.26 patients in the control group took routine nursing care.The changes of blood pressure after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure before and after nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood pressure and satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of high quality nursing service in elderly patients with hypertension is ideal.
