摘要
"十二五"水专项"城市雨水径流综合管控平台与辅助决策系统研究及示范(2013ZX07304003)"课题针对城市排水防涝设施规划设计与运行管理的需求,基于我国的规范与标准体系,研究构建地表-管道-河道联动模型,开发具有独立知识产权的城市排水防涝规划设计与模拟软件,为排水防涝设施的规划设计和综合管控提供有效的专业软件工具,为提高国内雨水径流管理领域技术和应用水平提供支撑。
The 12th Five-Year Special Project“Research and Demonstration of Urban Rainwater Runoff Integrated Management and Control Platform and Auxiliary Decision-Making System(2013ZX07304003)”addresses the needs of urban drainage and flood control facilities planning,design and operation management,based on China’s norms and standards system,to study the construction of surface-pipeline-river linkage model,develop urban drainage flood prevention planning and simulation software with independent intellectual property rights,provide effective professional software tools for planning and comprehensive control of drainage and flood control facilities,and improve technology and application in domestic rainwater runoff management field.
