摘要
介绍一起托运人匿报货物品名,双氧水运输途中爆炸的事故,调查组通过视频监控、调查询问、现场勘查、检验鉴定等手段,确定了起火爆炸部位、起火爆炸原因,对起火爆炸过程进行了分析,为本起案件的起诉、审判提供了依据,为同类危险化工品事故的调查提供借鉴。
This article introduced a hydrogen peroxide explosion ac-cident in which the shipper concealed the goods in transit.By means of video surveillance,investigation and inquiry,scene inves-tigation and inspection and identification,the investigation group determined the location of the fire and explosion,the cause of the fire and explosion,and analyzed the process of the fire and explo-sion.The investigation provides the basis for the prosecution and trial of this case,and provides reference for the investigation of sim-ilar dangerous chemical accidents.
