摘要
细胞壁是木材的承载结构,是木材最主要的组成和利用部分。基于细胞水平的微观研究,主要分析了木材细胞壁力学性能与其组分及微观构造的相关性,分别从细胞壁木质素、半纤维素、纤维素和微纤丝角四个方面阐述了其对细胞壁刚性、硬度、弹性模量、抗拉强度和断裂伸长率等微观力学性能的影响。并且依据目前细胞壁力学性能的研究现状,对今后的研究方向提出了展望。建议今后加强分子层面机理研究并加强细胞壁力学与实际应用的关系探究。
The cell walls are bearing structure of woods,and also are the main parts of composition and utilization in woods.Based on the level of cell microscopic study,the correlation between the mechanical properties and the components,microstructure of wood cell walls was mainly analyzed.It was elaborated that the effect of lignin,hemicellulose,cellulose and microfibril angle of wood cell walls on micromechanics such as cell wall rigidity,hardness,elastic modulus,tensile strength,elongation at break and so on,respectively.And based on the previous research of cell wall mechanics,the prospects for future research are put forward.Suggestions to strengthen the mechanism study of molecular level and strengthen the exploration of relationship between cell wall mechanics and the practical application in the future are provided.
