摘要
【目的】针对传统两轮驱动船式拖拉机存在的传动效率低、机动性差等问题,设计一种四轮驱动传动系统,能够提高整机传动效率和机动性,增加转向时的灵活性,提高作业效率.【方法】运用ADAMS软件对传动系统进行了平整路面动力学仿真,并将试制的传动系统安装在船式拖拉机上,在水泥路面条件下进行直线性能试验和原地转向性能试验.【结果】直线行驶时,4个轮胎的角速度为0.93r/s,同步性好且传动效率高,直线性能的偏驶率为0.77%,符合国家标准;原地转向行驶时,样机在档位为1档、2档、3档和倒挡时的最小转向半径分别为0.02,0.023,0.024,0.022m,转向占用面积小,在档位为3档时,测得最小周转向时间为9.29s,最大转向角速度为0.68r/s,转向效率高,不同档位可提供不同的转向角速度,满足田间作业的复杂性要求;原地转向的转向角速度大且波动大,不适应于高速急转向和对方向进行纠偏.【结论】采用同步带式传动系统能使船式拖拉机的行走性能显著提高.
【Objective】In order to solve the low transmission efficiency and poor maneuverability problems of traditional boat-tractor driven by 2 wheels,a transmission system with all-wheel drive was designed to improve the transmission efficiency and maneuverability,increase the steering flexibility of vehicle and operation efficiency.【Method】The dynamic model of boat-tractor was established with ADAMS software and the movement state was obtained under smooth-riding surface condition.And then,the new type transmission system was installed in boat-tractor and the performance was tested on concrete road.【Result】The angular velocity of 4 tires was 0.93 r/s,the vehicle showed good synchronization and high transmission efficiency during the straight line driving,and the yawing rate was 0.77%,which managed the national standard;the minimum steering radius was 0.02 m,0.023 m,0.024 m and 0.022 m when the gears were 1st,2nd,3rd and reverse,which decreased the steering occupied area,the minimum steering time was 9.29 s,and the maximum steering angular velocity was 0.68 r/s when the gear was 3rd gear.It improved the steering efficiency,provided different steering angular velocity at different gear positions.It could meet the complexity requirements of field operations.The steering angular velocity of the pivot steering was large and volatile,therefore,it was not suitable for high-speed steering and correction of the direction.【Conclusion】The synchronous-belt transmission system could greatly improve the walking performance of boat-tractor.
