摘要
异构数控系统的监控是实现企业车间集成化、智能化的关键技术,基于MTConnect在兼容性、可读性方面存在的优势,提出一种基于MTConnect协议的异构系统监控方案。在该方案中,利用面向对象的程序设计思想设计了柔性数据采集适配器,阐述了适配器各模块的功能及其应用方式,并构建了柔性驱动接口,能够方便地实现不同设备数据到MTConnect统一数据格式的映射。最后,将系统成功应用于制造企业车间,通过实际运行数据和监控信息比对进行系统验证,结果表明该系统能够方便、可靠地获取异构数控系统的运行数据。
The monitoring of heterogeneous CNC system is the key technology to realize enterprise workshop integration and intelligence.Based on the advantages of compatibility and readability of MTConnect,a heterogeneous system monitoring scheme based on MTConnect protocol is proposed.In this scheme,the flexible data acquisition adapter is designed with object-oriented programming method,and the function module of the adapter is described and also its using method is given.,with the designed flexible drive interface,the mapping of different device data to MTConnect unified data format is realized.Finally,the system is successfully applied to a manufacturing enterprise workshop.By comparing the actual operation data and monitoring information,the results show that the system can easily and reliably obtain the operation data of heterogeneous numerical control system.
