摘要
统计分析了地铁牵引供电系统常见故障及其产生原因,建立了地铁牵引供电系统失效故障树模型。基于行列式法对故障树模型进行定性分析,获得导致地铁牵引供电系统失效底事件的最小割集。利用最小割集对故障树模型进行定量计算,得到地铁牵引供电系统的不可靠度、平均无故障运营时间,以及底事件的结构重要度和概率重要度。据此分析,断裂、磨损及放电故障最易导致地铁牵引供电系统失效,且此3类故障主要集中发生在受电弓及接触网关键节点等处,故应加强对受电弓及接触网关键节点的维护与检测。
The common failures of metro traction power supply system and the causes are statistically analyzed,and a fault tree model of metro traction power supply system is established.Through a qualitative analysis of the model based on determinant method,the minimum cut set of subway traction power supply system is obtained.Then,the minimum cut set is used to analysis the fault tree model quantitatively,in order to get the unreliability,mean time of trouble free operation,structural importance and probability importance of the power system.According to the analysis,fracture,wear and discharging are passed as the main causes for traction power supply system failure,which are mostly detected on positions like pantograph,section insulator,positioning clamp,etc.So it is necessary to strengthen the maintenance and inspection on the above mentioned facilities and equipment.
