摘要
针对电火花加工数控系统软件需要频繁进行大量数据双向传递的情况,进行了数据流控制技术研究。建立了软件的五层架构模型,明确了数据流的整体控制框架。确定了数据流的分类和走向,采用功能细分的管理模式,保证了数据流服务的清晰性。建立了数据流控制模型,确立了数据流控制的具体方式。应用研究成果开发了数控系统软件,并进行了生产加工,结果表明其能够准确、高效地对数据流进行控制,具有较强的实际应用价值。
According to the frequent two-way data transmission in EDM CNC software,the control of data stream has been researched.Five-layer structure of the software has been established to definite the control-integrated framework of data stream.The classification and flow direction has been determined,and subdivided management mode has been adopted,to ensure the clarity of service of data stream.The control model has been established to confirm the control mode of data stream.CNC software has been developed with the research results,and has been applied to actual production.It shows that the research results can control the data stream accurately and efficiently,and has great value of practical application.
