摘要
通过干式球磨法包覆工艺,在铁粉表面包覆质量分数为10%的MnZnFe_2O_4,制备核壳异质结构复合粉末.采用放电等离子烧结技术,制备颗粒间绝缘的软磁复合磁粉芯,研究了烧结温度对组织和性能的影响.利用配有EDS能谱仪的扫描电子显微镜,对不同烧结温度下的软磁复合磁粉芯形貌进行分析,利用B-H分析仪测试环状磁粉芯的交、直流性能.结果表明:700℃下烧结,保温5min后获得的Fe/MnZnFe_2O_4复合磁粉芯具有较为优异的软磁性能;与纯铁粉压制的磁粉芯相比,由于MnZnFe_2O_4颗粒的绝缘作用,Fe/MnZnFe_2O_4复合磁芯的损耗值仅为铁粉制磁粉芯的1/10,显著扩大了其适用的频率范围.
Fe powders coated with 10%MnZnFe 2O 4 were fabricated by dry-type ball milling.The resultant composite powders were consolidated to magnetic powder cores by spark plasma sintering(SPS).The effects of sintering temperature on microstructure,density and magnetic properties were investigated.The microstructure and the magnetic properties of Fe/MnZnFe 2O 4 powder cores at different sintering temperatures were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)and B-H analyzer.The experimental results show that Fe/MnZnFe 2O 4 powder core sintered at 700℃for 5 min exhibits excellent soft magnetic properties.Core losses are decreased to nearly 1/10 of those of Fe powder core due to the insulation effect of MnZnFe 2O 4 particles,which significantly expands the applicable frequency range.
