摘要
基于提升爆炸箔类火工品一致性与可靠性的目的,结合换能元制备过程,采用故障树分析法(FTA)建立了换能元失效模型,并在此基础上通过感度试验,对各类失效模式进行了验证与分析。结果表明,换能元桥区存在微小通孔时或边缘存在凸起时,50%发火电压有较大幅度提升,失效概率最高。
In order to improve the consistency and the reliability of the exploding foil,combining the production process of the ignition element,using the method of fault tree analysis(FTA),the failure mode of ignition element was established.On this foundation,a variety of the failure mode of exploding foil were tested and analyzed by sensitivity tests.The result showed that when the micro hole appeared in the bridge area or the bulge appeared on this area,50%firing voltage of exploding foil could be significantly increased,meanwhile,the failure probability would be risen to its highest level.
