摘要
在学前教育事业大发展的背景下,民办幼儿园教师队伍日益壮大,其专业发展存在诸多困境。问卷与访谈结果表明:民办幼儿园教师职业认同感较低,专业认知存在偏差,所学专业知识缺乏系统和深入,计划执行不够灵活,无法给予幼儿足够的尊重和理解,个别指导较少。应提高民办幼儿园教师的福利待遇,实施民办幼儿园教师培训,开展"一对一"指导服务,组织读书沙龙活动。
In the context of the great development of the preschool education,the number of private kindergarten teachers is growing,and there are many difficulties in their professional developments.The results show that the professional cognition of private kindergarten teachers is low,the professional cognition is deviated,the professional knowledge is not systematic and in-depth,the plan execution is not flexible enough,the private kindergarten teachers can not give children enough respect and understanding,and give less individual guidance to children.There is necessary to improve the welfare of private kindergarten teachers,to carry out training for private kindergarten teachers,to conduct the“one to one”guidance service and to organize reading salon activities.
