摘要
法学是实践性很强的学科,其理论教学和实践教学密不可分。专家协同教学法可以通过师资力量的多元互补,实现法学教育和法律职业的有机衔接。关于专家协同教学法的运作模式,美国、日本、荷兰和中国的高校各有特色。我们应借鉴各个大学的成熟经验,在专家遴选、教学内容甄别和教学方法设计上有所突破,创新法学教育模式,培养高素质的法治人才。
As a subject with strong practicality,legal theory and practice teaching are inseparable.The expert collaborative teaching method can realize the organic connection between law education and legal profession through the multiple complementarity of teacher resources.United States,Japan,Netherland and China all have their own characteristics on the operation mode of the expert collaborative teaching method.We should learn from the mature experience of various universities and make breakthroughs in the expert selection,the teaching content selection and the teaching method design.We must innovate education model of jurisprudence in order to cultivate high-quality legal talents.
