摘要
确定了5 L以下小中空容器专用高密度聚乙烯的物性指标和生产工艺条件,并进行了工业化生产。所制高密度聚乙烯的熔体流动速率为0.25~0.55 g/10 min,密度为0.948~0.952 g/cm^3,拉伸断裂应变大于500%,耐环境应力开裂时间大于26 h,拉伸屈服应力大于23 MPa。产品性能达到设计指标要求,制品满足用户需求。
The physical properties and process conditions of high density polyethylene(HDPE)for small hollow container below 5 L were determined and industrial production of this HDPE specialty resin was conducted.The results show that the melt flow rate of the product ranges from 0.25 to 0.55 g/10 min and the density is 0.948-0.952 g/cm3,the tensile strain at break,tensile yield stress and cracking time of resistance to environmental stress are larger than 500%,23 MPa,and 26 h respectively.The properties of the product meet the requirements of design specification and customers.
