摘要
目的:建立学校科研评审系统,实现医学院校科研管理与服务信息化水平的提升。方法:搭建以公开、公正和规范化管理为前提、以提升管理水平和服务能力为目标和以网络及信息技术手段为支撑的信息化科研评审系统平台,规范学校科研管理和评审全过程。结果:科研信息化评审系统改变了其繁琐的科研评审线下管理的传统做法,进一步加强了科研管理和服务的信息化与规范化,极大提高了科研管理和服务的工作效率。结论:科研管理评审系统是对科研管理工作信息化的有益尝试,是高校进行科研管理工作方式的一项创新探索。
Objective:To establish an evaluation system of scientific research management of school so as to realize the improvement of informatization level of scientific research management and corresponding service of medical college and university.Methods:On the premise of open,fair and standardized management,with the goal of improving management level and service capacity,and with the support of network and information technique,a platform with information-based scientific research evaluation system was constructed so as to standardize the whole process of scientific research management and evaluation in schools.Results:The informatization evaluation system of scientific research has changed traditional practice with tedious offline management of scientific research,and further strengthened the informatization and standardization of scientific research management and corresponding service.And it greatly enhanced the working efficiency of scientific research management and corresponding service.Conclusion:Evaluation system of scientific research management is a beneficial attempt for informatization of scientific research management,and it is an innovative exploration for the work way of scientific research management in college and university.
