摘要
目的:设计一种基于无线传输的体温监测预警系统,对高强度训练和执勤官兵体温进行监测和预警,以应对在南部战区气候环境下训练和执勤官兵中暑的发病情况,降低中暑风险和概率。方法:回顾性分析军内外中暑预防的研究,结合临床调研数据,分析中暑患者体温与中暑危重程度的对应关系,确定体温阈值设置的关键因素和大致范围,分模块对系统进行设计。结果:将系统分解为单兵体温监测单元和系统监控单元,选用2.4 GHz频段传输技术作为数据传输的方式,除将单个监测端体温超过38.5℃作为触发报警的阈值之外,还将单个监测端体温上升过快(5 min内体温升高2℃)和多个监测端体温异常(超出20%监测端体温偏离正常值)作为预警依据。结论:系统数据传输稳定,中暑预警更为灵敏、准确和真实,系统设计既可满足重点单元的监测需求,又能够适应群体的监测需要。
Objective:To design an early warning system about body temperature monitoring based on wireless transmission for implementing monitoring and early warning on the body temperature of officers and soldiers with high intensity training,so as to cope with their siriasis under the climatic environment of southern theatre of command and reduce the risk and probability of siriasis.Methods:A retrospective analysis about researches of preventing siriasis inside and outside military was conducted.And the data from clinical investigations was combined to analyze the corresponding relationship between the body temperature of patients and the critical degree of siriasis.And then the key factors and approximate scope of the body temperature threshold value setting were determined.And the system was designed as various modules.Results:The system was decomposed into two units:the individual body temperature monitoring unit and the system monitoring unit.The 2.4 GHz frequency band transmission technique was selected as the data transmission method of system.The bases of early warning included three aspects that were the monitored single body temperature exceeded 38.5°C,the monitored single body temperature raised too fast(the body temperature raised 2°C within 5 minutes)and the body temperatures of many persons occurred abnormity(over 20%of the monitored body temperature diverge from normal values),respectively.Conclusion:The stability of the data transmission of system is good.And the early warning of siriasis is more sensitive,accurate and truthful.The systematic design not only can meet the monitoring demand of key units but also can adapt to the monitoring demands of a group.
