摘要
本文采用共沉淀法制备了一种Ca-Fe-Mg复合除氟材料,探讨了制备该材料的最佳实验条件,即Ca/Fe/Mg摩尔比为1∶2∶2,pH值为9,焙烧温度为100℃。对制备的吸附剂氟吸附试验表明:该吸附剂具有较好的吸附性能,吸附剂吸附受PO_4^(3-)影响,而受Cl^-、NO_3^-、SO_4^(2-)影响不明显,是一种吸附性能佳、适用性较广且价格低廉的除氟材料,能够适用于矿区高氟水氟处理。
The Ca-Fe-Mg composites for fluorine ion removal are prepared using co-precipitation method.The best experiment conditions to prepare the adsorbent are defined,with the Ca/Fe/Mg mole ratio of 1∶2∶2,pH=9 and the calcination temperature of 100℃.The fluorine absorption experiments of adsorbent are performed.It shows the absorbent still has the good adsorption properties.The adsorption properties are influenced by PO 3-4 and less by Cl-,NO-3 and SO 2-4.The adsorption is characterized by applying in alkaline conditions and less influence by co-existing anions,and is an absorbent for fluorine removal with best absorption properties,widespread use and low cost,which can be used to remove the water fluorine in mining areas.
