江西省遂川县硅矿资源开发利用策略研究

摘要遂川县硅矿资源远景储量5亿t,平均品位96%居全国之首,而受能源、区位、人才等因素的限制,该县硅矿资源的开发利用效率低,硅产业产值约5 000万元,仅占该县工业总产值的0.26%。行业技术垄断、产能过剩及产业结构不合理等因素对我国县域硅资源的开发利用方式和产业布局产生深刻影响,这在该县体现的尤为明显。但依托其雄厚的硅石资源、原中央苏区老区县及贫困县发展的政策红利,积极整合企业、水利、地热资源等要素,加强矿权管理和硅矿资源勘查工作,并以科技和人才创新驱动产业发展,推动产业结构升级,使该县硅产业发展前景更为广阔。 The Suichuan vision silicon mineral resources reserves researches 500 million tons and the average grade of 96%,which ranks the first place among the whole country in the reservations and qualities.However,restricted by factors,such as the energy,location,talents,the development and utilization of silicon resources of the county is low.The silicon industry output value is about 50 million yuan,only accounting for 0.26%of the gross value of industrial output.Industrial monopoly,overcapacity,unreasonable industrial structure have profound influence on exploitation and utilization of silicon resources and industrial layout in county,especially obvious in this county.But relying on its solid silica resources the original old county and the development of the counties in central Soviet area policy,active elements such as integration of enterprise,water conservancy,geothermal resources,the county strengthens mineral rights management and exploration of silicon resources,takes the technology and talents innovation to driven development,promote the upgrading of industrial structure,which motivate silicon industry of this county a broader prospects.
