摘要
以中国羽协实体化为研究背景,通过对19所羽毛球竞技后备人才基地的调查,分析我国当前羽毛球竞技后备人才基地的概况、教练员概况、运动员情况、选材情况、学训情况、参赛情况、输送状况,经费、硬件保障情况,针对其中存在的问题,提出羽毛球竞技后备人才基地的发展路径,以期进一步促进我国竞技羽毛球运动的发展。
Based on the research background of the substantiation of China Badminton Association and through the investigation of 19 badminton reserve talent bases,this paper analyzes the current situation of badminton reserve talent bases as well as the,coaches,athletes,talent selection,training,competition,transportation,funds and hardware support in china.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the development path of badminton athletic reserve talent bases,so as to further promote the development of competitive badminton in China.
