日粮高水平非植酸磷对肉鹅生长性能、胫骨成分含量及钙磷代谢的影响 被引量:3

Effects of dietary high non-phytate phosphorus level on growth performance,tibia bone composition and metabolism of calcium and phosphorus of geese

摘要 文章旨在研究日粮高水平非植酸磷对肉鹅生长性能、胫骨成分含量及钙磷代谢的影响。试验选择平均体重为(159.18±0.48)g的1日龄扬州肉鹅300只,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复25只。试验1阶段基础日粮以玉米和豆粕为主,非植酸磷水平为0.6%,另外两组分别在基础日粮中调节磷酸氢钙添加量,使日粮非植酸磷水平分别为0.3%和0.9%;试验2阶段各组非植酸磷水平分别为0.2%、0.5%和0.8%,试验共进行64 d。结果显示:随着日粮非植酸磷水平的升高,1~21 d肉鹅体重、平均日采食量和平均日增重表现为显著的二次曲线效应(P<0.05),其中0.9%非植酸磷组较0.6%非植酸磷组显著降低了1~21 d肉鹅体重、平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.05)。0.3%和0.9%非植酸磷组较0.6%非植酸磷组对胫骨相对长度提高了4.71%和7.51%(P<0.05),0.2%较0.8%非植酸磷组对胫骨钙的含量提高了31.24%(P<0.05)。随着日粮非植酸磷水平的升高,1~21 d肉鹅血清钙、磷、甲状旁腺素、骨钙素的含量及碱性磷酸酶活力显著线性降低(P<0.05);0.6%和0.9%非植酸磷水平组较0.3%非植酸磷水平组显著降低了1~21 d肉鹅血清钙、磷、甲状旁腺素、骨钙素含量及碱性磷酸酶活力(P<0.05)。结果表明:由本试验结果可知,日粮低非植酸磷水平降低肉鹅生长性能,抑制钙、磷代谢,同时降低肉鹅生长早期的血清生化指标。 This study was aim to investigate the effect of dietary high non-phytate phosphorus level on growth performance,tibia bone composition and metabolism of calcium and phosphorus of geese.A total of 300 geese at 1 d,average body weight(159.18±0.48)g were allotted to 3 groups with 4 replicates of 25 geese.The trial had two stage,for the stage 1,the non-phytate phosphorus(NPP)level were 0.3%、0.6%and 0.9%,while for the stage 2,the NPP level were 0.2%,0.5%and 0.8%,the experiment last 64 d.Results showed that dietary NPP level affected final body weight,average daily feed intake and average daily gain quadratic during 1~21d(P<0.05).The geese fed a diet containing 0.90%NPP had lower final body weight,average daily feed intake and average daily gain compared to those fed a diet containing 0.60%at 1~21 d(P<0.05).Geese fed the diets contain 0.3%and 0.9%NPP level increased the relative bone length compared to those fed a diet contain 0.6%NPP level(P<0.05),while the 0.2%NPP level group increased the calcium contents of tibia bone up to 31.24%compared to the 0.8%NPP level.Serum Ca,P,parathyroid hormone and bone gla-protein concentrations and alkaline phosphatase activity were decreased(P<0.05)linearly in response to dietary increasing NPP level.In conclusion,we indicated that dietary high non-phytase phosphorus level might reduce growth performance and disrupt Ca and P metabolism together with the changes of serum characteristics in geese at the starter phase.
