摘要
在构建道路运输行业安全管理结构模型的基础上,对道路运输行业安全管理现状及对策进行研究。在分析行业法律法规的基础上,构建了行业安全管理结构模型;结合模型参与者,从道路运输行业安全监管、企业主体责任落实和安全责任体系建设3个方面对道路运输行业安全管理现状进行分析;最后,结合现阶段我国道路运输行业安全管理实际需求提出对策与措施,为道路运输行业安全管理发展提供参考。
The safety management structure model in road transportation industry is established and the analysis and countermeasure of safety management in road transportation industry is studied.Firstly,this paper establishes the safety management structure model in traffic transport industry on the basis of combing the laws and regulations.Secondly,by combining with the participants of model,this paper analyses the current situation of industry safety management from three aspects,the industry safety supervision,the main responsibility of the enterprise and the construction of the safety responsibility system.Finally,this paper proposes countermeasures by combining with the actual demand of safety management in road transportation industry.These results can provide a reference for the development of safety management in road transportation industry.
