摘要
近年来,中国学生出国接受高等教育已成热潮。中国大学生出国留学呈现四个趋势与特征:大学生出国留学规模扩大,但远未达到大众化水平,而是以中产家庭子女为主;留学服务市场化机制已经形成,但可能存在市场失灵隐患;海归潮响应了国家发展的人才需求,同时也对国内就业市场提出新要求;留学群体内部呈现明显的分化,关于留学价值的争论将使大学生出国留学回归理性。基于以上分析,提出促进大学生留学事业良性发展的几点建议。
In recent years,Chinese students have gone abroad to receive higher education,which has become an upsurge.There are four trends and characteristics of Chinese university students studying abroad,of which the following points should be paid attention to:1)the scale of studying abroad has been expanded,giving priority to the children in the middle class families though,but it is far from reaching the level of popularity;2)the marketized mechanism of the service for studying abroad has been formed,but there may be a market failure;3)the returnee tide responds to the talent demand for national development,but also puts forward new requirement for domestic employment market;4)there is a clear division within the group of studying abroad.The debate on the value of studying abroad will make the Chinese university students studying abroad to return to the state of rationality.On the basis of the above analysis,some suggestions are put forward to promote the sound development of the enterprise of Chinese university students studying abroad.
