决策级信息融合在拱坝结构损伤诊断中的应用

摘要 针对拱坝结构损伤诊断中测试信息不完备及诊断精度问题,引入D-S证据推理信息融合技术对基于统计模式的多损伤识别诊断结果进行有效融合。在环境激励荷载作用下,采集拱坝结构在健康和损伤两类工况下的动力响应数据,并对数据样本分段建立ARMA模型,对模型中的AR参数进行特征提取,获得主成分矩阵。利用拱坝损伤前后的前两阶主成分,作均值控制图并计算两状态间的马氏距离作为双诊断指标。将双诊断指标的判别结果分别概率化,计算其合成Mass函数,进而求出损伤以及非损伤的信度区间,从而进行拱坝损伤诊断。该方法在拉西瓦拱坝损伤仿真试验的应用表明,D-S证据推理融合后的测点损伤图有效改善了单一损伤判别指标的诊断效果。 In order to solve the issue of incomplete test information and diagnostic accuracy in the damage diagnosis of arch dam,the information fusion technique of D-S(Dempster Shafer)evidential reasoning was introduced to fuse the diagnosis results of multiple damage detection based on statistical model.First,the dynamic response data from pre and post damaged arch dam were obtained and modeled as ARMA(Auto Regressive Moving-Average)models,while a principal component matrix was derived from the AR parameters by the process of feature extraction.Then,draw mean control chart and calculate the Mahalanobis distance between the principal component matrix of pre and post damaged.Make the discriminate results of two diagnostic indexes probabilistic respectively and calculate their composite Mass function.Then the damage and non damage reliability interval were calculated to diagnose the damage of arch dam.The results of simulation experiment of Laxiwa arch dam show that the fusion of D-S evidential reasoning can effectively improve the damage diagnosis effect compared with the single damage discriminate results.
