摘要
黄河坝岸险情监控报警报险系统的研发与应用改变了"防守靠人力、巡查靠人眼、决策靠电话"的防汛工作状况。通过系统选址与布设的论述及运用实例分析,认为安装选址优先考虑在坝身有问题和受河势影响容易发生险情的坝岸,且安装时采样点宜选取在沿根石台外沿或相应黄河花园口站流量4 000 m^3/s(沁河武陟站流量500 m^3/s)水位线位置处。系统的推广与应用有效降低了人工查险的劳动强度和工作风险,提高了黄河沿岸河务工作的管理水平和工作效率。
The research and application of the Yellow River dam/bank risk monitoring,warning and reporting system has changed the current situation of defense by manpower,inspection by human eyes and decision making by telephones.Through the discussion and application of the system site selection and layout,it was considered that the installation and site selection should take priority in the dam/bank with the problem of the dam body and the river potential,and the sampling points should be selected at the site of the outside edge of the root stone platform or the water line location of relevant discharge of 4,000 m3/s at Huayuankou Station(500 m3/s discharge at Wuzhi Station on the Qinhe River).The popularization and application of the system have effectively reduced the labor intensity and work risk of manual inspection and improved the management level and efficiency of river work in the Yellow River.
