摘要
现有燃煤机组对标体系存在评价方法单一、覆盖面不广、数据重复统计、指标局限在能效范畴等问题,本文在对生产指标数据收集分析、合理分类、科学筛选的基础上,提出了基于层次分析法和灰色关联法的燃煤机组生产综合对标体系,采用层次分析法确定各层评价指标及其权重,采用灰度关联法确定各指标间的关联度,最后得到机组各项指标的综合水平评价。实际应用结果表明,该方法有效可行,评价结果可为机组的生产综合管理提供较为合理、科学的依据。
Several problems occur in current benchmarking evalustion system of coal-fired units,such as the method is singleness,the coverage is not wide,the statistic data is duplicate and the index system is limited by energy efficiency.To solve these problems,a production synthetic benchmarking evalustion method was proposed,on the basis of the analytic hierarchy process and grey correlation analysis,after performing collection and analysis,reasonable classification and scientific selection for the production index datum.The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the evaluation indexes and their weights of each layer,and the gray correlation method was adopted to determine the degree of correlation among the indexes.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation of each index of the unit was obtained.The application result shows that,this method is feasible and effective and the evaluated results can be used as a support neat in making scientific maintenance decisions.
