摘要
兴建产业园区是促进当地经济社会发展的一种重要的手段。产业园区的确为地方经济的发展起到了巨大的推动作用,然而少部分产业园区开发出来后发展缓慢,不但没有起到推动经济发展的作用,还浪费了资源。如何促进产业园区的健康发展,从而带动当地经济的振兴,是各省市在开发产业园区的过程中需要重视的问题。文章以南宁市邕宁新兴产业园区为例,分析了新兴产业园区的发展现状及新兴产业园在建设过程中存在的主要问题,并提出针对性的对策建议。
Building industry parks is an important way to promote local economy and social development.It is true that industry parks have played a great role in improving the local economy.However,a small parts of industry parks not only did not give a positive influence on economic development,but also wasted resources.During the construction period of the industry parks of all provinces and cities,it is a problem worth taking seriously that how to improve the development of industry parks healthily and drive the promotion of the local economy.In this article,taking Yongning New Industry Park as an example,the development situation of the new industry parks and the existing main problems during the construction of them were analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions were given.
