摘要
搭建了异步感应线圈发射器的电流环暂态模型,加入采用开关函数描述的逆变器模型及相关的调制策略,使得改进后的电流环暂态模型能应用于变频调速的仿真研究。基于Maxwell/Simplorer软件分别搭建发射器本体和控制的场路耦合模型。在恒压源驱动和恒压频比驱动两种方式下,电流环暂态模型和有限元模型的仿真结果都非常一致,从而验证了改进电流环暂态模型的准确性。基于电流环模型计算了发射过程中电枢的温升,并分析温升对发射性能的影响。搭建了一套9级线圈发射器实物装置并设计了相关的变频驱动电路,实验结果和仿真结果基本一致。相比有限元模型,电流环模型减小了计算量和仿真时间,有利于发射器的参数整定和优化设计,是分析线圈发射器暂态特性的重要工具。
The current loop transient model(CLM)of the asynchronous induction coil launcher(AICL)is presented.Add the mathematical model of inverter which is described with switch function,thus the improved CLM is applied to simulation of frequency control system.The field-circuit coupled model is built in Maxwell/Simplorer.The simulation results of the two models are consistent when driven by constant voltage source and inverter,and the accuracy of improved CLM is verified.The temperature rise of projectile is calculated based on CLM,and the influence on emission performance is also analyzed.A 9 stages coil launcher prototype and related frequency conversion circuit are constructed.The measured force and muzzle velocity are basically consistent with simulation results.Comparing with finite element model,the CLM can reduce computational complexity and simulation time.These will be helpful for the parameters tuning and optimization which is an important tool for analyzing the transient characteristics of AICL
