摘要
为解决分时租赁系统电动汽车优化调度问题,通过时空网络建模方法构建电动汽车分配及调度综合优化模型。该模型结构精简,易于求解,经算例结果验证CPLEX和Gurobi求解器可以在较短时间内对模型精确求解。最后,通过实际案例验证模型的适用性并得出相应的分时租赁系统电动汽车调度管理建议。结果表明:在早晚高峰之前将电动汽车预先布置在用户出行起点集中区域能够保证系统在应对高峰期间用户的集中需求,并最大化系统的运行效率。
In order to solve the electric vehicle dispatching problem for the carsharing system,an integrated modeling framework that involves electric vehicle assigning and routing strategies is proposed based on the space-time network modeling method.The proposed model is compact enough to be solved by CPLEX and Gurobi efficiently and accurately.Eventually,a real-word case study is executed to demonstrate the performance of the modeling framework and draw some managerial insights.The results show that previously assigning electric vehicles to the suburban districts would be an effective and economic strategy to handle the users’demand during peak hours.
