摘要
目的:研究补中益气汤对异常子宫出血患者止血效果及对机体激素水平的影响。方法:选择174例异常子宫出血患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组87例。对照组患者仅口服西药进行治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上配合服用补中益气汤,比较分析两种治疗方式对异常子宫出血的止血效果以及激素水平影响。结果:治疗后对照组的治疗有效率是87.36%,治疗组为97.70%。治疗3个月后,对照组肾虚血热型患者治疗有效率为85.71%、气滞肝郁型患者治疗有效率为86.96%、脾虚肾亏型患者治疗有效率为85.29%;治疗组为100%、97.83%、97.06%,对照组中的中医证候为气滞肝郁型、脾虚肾亏型与治疗组的治疗效率存在显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的停止出血时间明显要比对照组更短(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组的四种激素变化后的水平情况明显比对照组要低(P<0.05);对照组出现并发症的概率为10.34%;治疗组出现并发症的概率2.30%。治疗组并发症总发病率显著要比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤对患有异常子宫出血的病患来说具有较好的止血效果,有利于恢复正常激素水平,且预后较好。
Objective:To study the impact of Buzhong Yiqi decoction on hemostatic effect and hormone level in patients with abnormal nterine bleeding.Methods:174 patients with functional uterine bleeding received were selected and randomly divided into two groups,87 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine only.The treatment group was combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the basis of the control group.The effect of the two treatments on the hemostatic effect of functional uterine bleeding and the effect of hormone level were compared.Results:After treatment,the treatment efficiency of the control group was 87.36%,and the effective rate of the treatment group was 97.70%.After March,the effective rate of treatment in the patients with kidney deficiency and blood heat type in the control group was 85.71%,the effective rate of the patients with qi stagnation and the stagnation of the liver depression was 86.96%,the effective rate of the spleen deficiency kidney deficiency patients was 85.29%,the treatment efficiency was 100%、97.83%、97.06%.The TCM syndromes in the control group had significant difference in the treatment efficiency of qi stagnation,spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency and the treatment group.The treatment group was obviously better than the control group(P<0.05).It was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of the four hormone changes in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was 10.34%,and the probability of complications in the treatment group was 2.30%.The total incidence of complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi decoction has a good hemostatic effect for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding,and is beneficial to restore normal hormone levels,and has a good prognosis,abnormal it is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
