摘要
运载火箭部段壳体上的螺栓具有连接、承载传力等作用,控制连接螺栓的拧紧力矩是保证火箭成功发射飞行必须采取的措施。介绍高精度的单轴和多轴自动拧紧系统替代机械力矩扳手用以实施力矩控制,分析两种方式实验数据,得出自动拧紧技术优越性大幅超越人工手动经验操作的结论,目前已在箭体制造中成功应用。
The bolts of launch vehicle structure are mainly used for connection and transmission.Controlling tightening torque of connecting bolts is a necessary measure to ensure the successful launch.This paper introduces a high-precision single-axis and multi-axis automatic tightening system instead of mechanical torque wrench for torque control,analyses the experimental data through two ways,and obtains the conclusion that the superiority of automatic tightening technology surpasses manual operation,which has been successfully applied in the manufacturing.
