摘要
文章从用户体验的视角,具体分析了影响智慧图书馆用户体验的3个要素,即场景体验、交互体验以及情感体验。从"环境温度""体感温度""实时温度""保鲜温度"4个方面,结合南京邮电大学通达学院图书馆的现状,提出了关于提升用户体验,打造有"温度"的智慧图书馆的建议。
From the perspective of the user experience,this paper analyzes the three affects of the intelligent library users experience,including scene experience,interactive experience and emotional experience.From the four aspects of“environmonent temperature”“body feeling temperature”“real-time temperature”and“preservation temperature”,combining with the present situation of the college,this paper puts forward some advice about improving experience for the users to build intelligent library with temperature.
