DMTO装置反应器三级旋风分离器故障分析及改造

摘要 中煤陕西榆林能源化工有限公司DMTO装置反应器三级旋风分离器运行期间出现局部表面超温等问题。结合设备运行原理、结构等方面进行分析,采取了一系列改造措施:(1)增设环形折流挡板,改变超温部分内部漩涡流态。(2)升级衬里牌号,提升衬里耐磨能力;采用新型锚固钉,提高其抓靠衬里能力。(3)加强施工管控,严把质量关。通过采取上述措施,消除了设备表面超温等问题,保障了DMTO装置长周期安全运行。 During the operation of the third stage cyclone separator of the DMTO reactor in Shanxi Yulin Energy and Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.,the local surface Overtemperature Problem occurred.According to the analysis of the operating principle and structure of the equipment,a series of reform measures are taken:(1)adding a ring baffle to change the internal vortex flow in the overtemperature part.(2)upgrade lining brand,improve lining wear resistance;adopt new anchor nail,improve its ability of grasping lining.(3)strengthen the management and control of the construction and strictly control the quality.By adopting the above measures,the problem of over temperature of the equipment surface is eliminated,and the long period and safe operation of the DMTO device is ensured.
