摘要
随着老龄化时代全面到来,我国整体将迈入居家养老模式,日益激增的老龄化人口亦对住区规划建设提出了新时代的挑战。本文在总结国际居家养老经验的基础上,分析了我国目前居住区适老化建设的基本情况和困境矛盾,并结合江苏省的实际情况,提出了居住区适老化建设的内涵、建设标准和政策建议,旨在为我国居住区适老化建设提供示范参考。
With the coming of aging society,our country strides into the model of Home Care.And the planning and construction of residential community are confronting with challenge of the new era from the increasing elderly population.Thus,based on summarizing the international experience on home care,this paper gives the general introduction to the current basics of aging-suitable construction for residential community,and analyzes some dilemma and conflict.Then combined with a case study of Jiangsu,it points out the connotation,construction standard and policy suggestion of aging-suitable construction for residential community,in order to further provide reference for the construction in China.
