摘要
印染废水色度高、毒性大、生物降解困难,负载十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(简称CTAB)的海泡石在印染废水的吸附和脱色方面应用前景广阔。本实验利用刚果红分光光度法研究海泡石对水相中CTAB的吸附行为,并探讨吸附机理。实验结果表明,酸活化海泡石对CTAB的吸附量大于原矿海泡石,30 min达到吸附平衡,最大吸附量达到25 mg/g。X射线衍射和红外分析表明:CTAB对海泡石具有良好的修饰作用,CTAB的大分子可以部分进入海泡石孔道,使其特征晶面(110)略有增大。
Dyeing wastewater with high content of color chrominance was toxic and resistant to biodegradation.Sepiolite loaded with hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)has a broad application prospect in the field of adsorption and decolorazation for wastewater.The adsorption of CTAB from aqueous solutions onto sepiolite via Congo red spectrophotometric method was studied,and then the adsorption principle was discussed.The results showed that the adsorbed amount of CTAB on acid-activated sepiolite was more than that on raw sepiolite;it took 30 min to reach the adsorption equilibrium,and the saturation adsorption of acid-activated sepiolite was 25 mg/g.The analysis of XRD and FTIR indicated that the surface modi?cation of sepiolite was achieved by CTAB.CTAB molecules entered the channels of sepiolite,and enlarged a little the(110)plane spacing.
