摘要
介绍了超细复合粉末烧结促进致密化、抑制晶粒长大的方法,从先进的烧结方法、烧结工艺和抑制剂三个方面,阐述了各种技术的研究现状和发展趋势,确定出充分发挥现有烧结设备潜力、低成本开发性能优异的烧结方法,结合计算机数值模拟改进现有的烧结工艺,是今后超细粉末烧结技术的研究方向。
This paper mainly summarizes the methods to yield high density ultra-fine crystalline bulk sintering materials,including some advanced sintering methods,sintering process and inhibitors.The present situation and developing trend of various technologies are expounded.As a result,the author demonstrates that the sintering of ultra-fine composite powders can be further developed on the basis of detailed research on the‘low-cost-high-efficiency’sintering methods,equipments,and processes.
