摘要
主要综述了近年来利用不同催化体系和不同结构二烯烃单体制备功能化聚烯烃反应性聚合物中间体的相关工作。其中用于聚合的催化剂主要包括第ⅣB族、第ⅤB族等过渡金属和稀土金属催化剂(包括单茂和非茂类金属催化剂);用于聚合的共聚单体主要有线性二烯烃、苯乙烯基二烯烃、环状二烯烃(如降冰片烯衍生物)等。通过利用过渡金属催化剂催化上述单体的均聚或共聚,可高效制备出主链或侧链含有烯基或炔基等高反应活性基团的聚合物中间体,通过高反应活性基团的进一步化学转化可制备出功能化聚烯烃材料。
The preparation works of reactive polymer intermediates of functional polyolefins by using different catalytic systems and different diene monomer structures in recent years were reviewed.The catalysts used for polymerization include transition metal such as groupⅣB,groupⅤB and rare earth metal catalysts(including half-metallocene catalysts and non-metallocene catalysts),and inear dienes,styrene dienes,cyclodienes(such as norbornene derivatives)can be employed as co-monomers.Polymer reactive intermediates containing high reactivity groups such as alkenyl or alkynyl groups etc.in the main chain or side chain can be prepared efficiently by(co)polymerization of the above monomers catalyzed by the transition metal catalysts,and functional polyolefins can be obtained through further chemical transformation of the high reactivity groups.
