摘要
目的:探究中风面瘫患者实施中医针灸理疗配合中药汤剂进行治疗的临床效果。方法:收取本次研究中风面瘫患者60例,时间为2015年10月18日-2017年12月26日,后对收取对象进行随机分组,即观察组:实施中医针灸理疗配合中药汤剂进行治疗;对照组:单独采用中医针灸理疗治疗,对两组治疗时间、住院时间和治疗效果进行观察和分析。结果:观察组中风面瘫患者治疗时间、住院时间显著短于对照组各项指标,P<0.05。观察组中风面瘫患者治疗总有效率96.67%,高于对照组,两组间相比较,P<0.05。结论:采用中医针灸理疗配合中药汤剂治疗中风面瘫患者效果显著,同时还能有效缩短患者住院时间和治疗时间,值得研究。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion with TCM medicine decoction on facial paralysis from stroke.Methods:Sixty patients with facial paralysis were recruited in this study from October 18,2015 to December 26,2017.Afterwards,the subjects were randomly divided into the observation group who received acupuncture and moxibustion with TCM medicine decoction,and the control group who received acupuncture alone.The treatment time,length of stay and treatment effect in two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:The treatment time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group,the difference was of statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion with TCM medicine decoction was effective on facial paralysis,could also effectively shorten the hospitalization time and treatment time,which was worth studying.
