摘要
广西配电网网架结构薄弱,分支线路较多,设备布局较为分散。由于缺少对线路运行状态进行在线监测及定性分析的技术手段,难以实现对配网故障的准确定位分析。为此,建设了一套可在线监测配电网运行数据及对运行数据进行诊断分析的专家系统。该系统由线路状态在线采集装置和配网运行信号分析诊断主站系统构成,可实现配网运行信号的在线监测,并可对故障位置及故障特征进行深入分析与诊断,最终将故障详细信息进行发布。系统的建设与应用,提高了配网运维管理水平和供电可靠性。
There are weak distribution network structures,more branch lines and more scattered equipment in Guangxi distribution network.It is difficult realize the accurate location of distribution network fault because of the lack of technical means to realize the online monitoring and qualitative analysis of lines’operation status.So an expert system is constructed which can realize the online monitoring and diagnosis analysis of distribution network operation data.The system consists of line status online acquisition device and distribution network operation signal diagnosis main station system,which can realize the online monitoring of distribution network operation signal and the deep analysis and diagnosis of fault location and fault feature and the final publishment of the detail fault information.The construction and application of the system improves the operation&maintenance management level and power supply reliability.
