摘要
目的探讨早期卵巢癌患者给予腹腔镜手术治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法随机选取2012年1月~2015年1月期间在本院接受手术治疗的早期卵巢癌患者60例为研究对象,按照数字表法将患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例,分别给予腹腔镜手术治疗和开腹手术治疗。比较两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、周围脏器损伤及手术前后白蛋白变化,术后两组患者通气时间、住院时间、首次化疗间隔时间等指标,以及两组患者的术后并发症情况。结果观察组患者术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术前后白蛋白变化少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,观察组通气时间、至首次化疗间隔时间等指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在早期卵巢癌的临床治疗上,腹腔镜手术治疗疗效佳、安全性好,可显著改善患者的病情,值得在临床治疗上进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscopic surgery for patients with early ovarian cancer.Methods Sixty patients with early ovarian cancer undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected randomly.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group according to digital table method(n=30)were given laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy respectively.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,the damage of the surrounding organs and the changes of albumin before and after operation were compared between the two groups Ventilation,hospitalization,the first chemotherapy interval and other indicators,as well as two groups of patients with postoperative complications.Results The bleeding volume in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the albumin change before and after operation was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the operation,the ventilation time The index of the first chemotherapy interval was significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),both with statistical significance.Conclusion In the early stage of ovarian cancer clinical treatment,laparoscopic surgery is effective,safe and can significantly improve the patient's condition,it is worth further promotion in the clinical treatment.
